R.A.M. GmbH, founded in 1988, has over 150 web inspection systems installed at Europe and middle east. The first system, installed in 1990, is still supported and operatiing. R.A.M. has installations in the film-, coating- and paper manufacturing industry.
Our products:
FIS 1000, a multi camera system with CAMEN software and classification of the defect type online. FIS 500, a single camera system for small lines and laboratory usage. GIS 700, a gel counting system for resolutions down to 20µm. Moisture measurement using the Aquatrim sensor for Online detection with a resolution of 20 ppm for PET granulates.
We offer customized applications too, i.e. defect detection on printed film with additional NIR-sensors to verify the presence and distance of NIR print marks. R.A.M. offers also automatic rewinder systems with ccd-line cameras to position defects at slice position.
