1988

The Beginning of R.A.M. GmbH

In 1988, under CEO Helmut Flohr's leadership, R.A.M. GmbH was established to improve industrial quality optimisation. The company quickly became known for its precise and dependable solutions, creating new benchmarks for quality and efficiency.

1990

First Inspection System Installation

The durability and reliability of our products were demonstrated when the first inspection system installed in 1990 continued to operate effectively. This achievement showcased our technological capabilities and fostered trust with our clients.

2001

R.A.M. Kunststofftechnik GmbH Formation

R.A.M. Kunststofftechnik GmbH was created as a subsidiary to enhance our consulting and sales efforts. While R.A.M. GmbH focuses on manufacturing and development, R.A.M. Kunststofftechnik GmbH provides consulting and sales, offering comprehensive solutions for optical inspection, thickness measurement, and moisture analysis.

2008

Moving to Floersheim

Our proximity to Frankfurt Airport, just 15 km away, allows for faster and more efficient global deliveries, thanks to easy access to major transport routes.

2015

Over 300 Inspection Systems Worldwide

Our systems are used globally to assure the quality of various materials. The “CAMEN” software enables integration with existing machines, and our modular web inspection systems can be easily expanded to meet growing needs.

2019

Introducing plastPMS

plastPMS is a production monitoring system that provides real-time analysis, alarms, and predictive capabilities to enhance quality and reduce waste. It is compatible with several operating systems and offers customisable reporting features.
