K 2025 in Düsseldorf got off to a successful start: exciting discussions, inspiring visitors and live demonstrations that show where plastics testing and recycling are heading. At our booth in Hall 11, E50, we ran live tests of various plastics such as LDPE, HDPE and PP.
The PQMex® for the recycling industry
For recycling we present the PQMex® – a measuring system with an integrated extruder, designed for the needs of the recycling industry:
– unique integration into the production of granulates and flakes
– a precise quality value every minute for your production
– full statistical process control
– up to 12 % less scrap and faulty production
– future-oriented separation and homogenisation of different material qualities
– minimal operator effort through extensive automation, including automatic feeding, bubble diameter control, thickness measurement and comprehensive safety features for nearly independent operation
– numerous connection options, such as OPC UA
We were also pleased to welcome our partner ACA Systems at our booth, presenting the ACA RoQ Inline – setting new standards in roll quality control.
By mid-week one thing was clear: the search for fresh ideas and real innovation is stronger than ever. Continuous separation and homogenisation directly in production are the future of mechanical recycling – a future we want to shape together with you. Colleagues from management, service and the lab were on site throughout the fair.
Laboratory precision directly in production – thank you to everyone who visited us in Hall 11!
