Manuals, data sheets and flyers for all R.A.M. systems
Manuals and data sheets are available to operators and service partners in a protected area; the product flyers are free to download. For the PQMex® and the CAMEN, vSTAT and PAT software the documents are complete, for the FIS 1000 and ITG 850 – LC the operating instructions; the remaining documents for the FIS 1000, ITG 850 – LC, ITG 500 – Gel Analyser and ITG 500 – Bench Analyser will follow.

Product flyers
Flyers for all systems and for PQMex® quality sorting – no login required, as PDF in German and English, two A4 pages each.
Write to us stating the machine type and the serial number from the type plate. Operators and service partners are granted access.

Receive credentials
You will receive a personal user name and password. Neither is transferable.

Access the documents
All released documents are available as PDF in the protected area – depending on the document in German, English and Polish.
Why protected? Under Directive 2006/42/EC, Annex I, item 1.7.4, the operating manual must accompany the machine in full. An open download of individual chapters invites working from incomplete information — particularly for work on an opened or hot system. Restricted access ensures that the complete and current set is always used.
